Aaron Hernandez’s childhood was the root of his problems. His dad, known as “The King”, was described as a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde character. His father’s alcoholism and domestic violence definitely were traumatic events. Aaron was sexually abused as a child, but struggled suppressing his sexuality throughout his life and career.

Say what you want, but at the end of the day, Aaron’s wife and cousin were riders. Tanya was Aaron’s closest ally, battling cancer, and refused to testify against Aaron twice which resulted in doing some jail time. Aaron’s former wife Shayanna, who was his high school sweetheart, was just as loyal. Though Aaron was found guilty for killing Shayanna’s sister’s former partner, Odin Lloyd, she still stood by Hernandez’s side to the very end.
3. At the gas station…
What song was Aaron Hernandez playing before the murder of Odin Lloyd? He was mad hype! I need to know what song he was playing…
4. Witch’s Brew? Weed and Toradol…
During a conversation with Mike Pouncey, Aaron discussed how his body would feel like an old man after the games. Aaron was chain smoking weed and constantly taking a painkiller, Toradol, before the games.
5. Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE)
CTE is real. I reside in the city former NFL player Junior Seau passed away in. Aaron’s brain had shown mass affects of CTE. From my understanding, weed, Toradol, CTE, and a suppressed sexuality is a bad mixture for someone like Aaron Hernandez. Not to mention, he also had to deal with the toxic relationship he had with his mother.
6. “Odin Lloyd was Rich, Rich…”
Though Odin was only a semi-pro player, he was loved by his community. His friend spoke about Odin in such a high honor.
7. Don’t mess with the dope man!
Alexander Bradley was a real D-Boy. After Hernandez’s attempt to murder Bradley had failed, he probably had known this was his beginning of the end. While all of Aaron’s killings were sloppy, he became even more sloppier with his crimes making him seem careless. Why would you kill anyone miles away from where you lived?
